In a landmark step towards energy self-reliance and sustainable development, Prime Minister Narendra Modi lays the foundation stone for over a ₹1000 crore City Gas Distribution (CGD) project in West Bengal’s Alipurduar and Cooch Behar districts.

This ambitious initiative by Bharat Petroleum will deliver Piped Natural Gas (PNG) to over 2.5 lakh households and 100+ commercial establishments and establish 19 new CNG stations across the region.
