RSS and the Jan Sangh have opposed reservations—they were against reservation since its inception. Therefore, they have no right to speak about the reservations, they now claim credit for.

I support what is good and oppose what is wrong—because, ultimately, it is the country and its people who matter the most. It was the united efforts of the people, Opposition parties, and continued pressure that brought us here.
