PM Modi, while addressing a public gathering in Bihar, said RJD and Congress have repeatedly insulted Dr. Ambedkar and care only about their families, not the people.

While they place Babasaheb’s photo at their feet, I keep him in my heart, he said, adding that Bihar will never forget this insult to the Dalit-Mahadalit community.
