This year there has been a bumper production and the conditions are also favorable for the upcoming crops. The countrymen should remain calm at the time of any emergency or need. We are ready, capable and determined to serve the country.

Even if there is a slight delay in sowing due to the circumstances in the border areas, full care will be taken to help the farmers in need.

Our officers will talk to states like Jammu-Kashmir and Punjab, and arrangements for seeds and planting material will also be ensured according to the situation there by discussing with the Chief Ministers.
